In deze sessie staan we stil bij de invloed van de opdrachtgever op het projectsucces. Bijvoorbeeld hoe je een projectplan kunt beoordelen. Of hoe je het echte verhaal van de projectleider krijgt in de voortgangsrapportage, in plaats van de ‘mooi-weer-show’. Ook de kracht van de stuurgroep gaan we bespreken en vooral hoe deze in te zetten bij het project.<\/p>\n
